These vintage fabrics were woven from the memory by a Guatemalan artisan up to 10 years ago; each pattern distinctive of the region where the artisan resides. Truly and completely one-of-a-kind, these products are a masterpiece!
This bag was made using a vintage huipil, or Guatemalan women's shirt, from the village of Joyabaj. The traditional huipiles from this area have a structured lace neckline.
